Super Fast Delivery & Awesome Bag!!!Customer service was so nice, friendly and helpful. They upgraded me (at no charge!) to next day delivery. I ordered the bag on Wednesday evening and received it Thursday afternoon! Wow! I love this bag too. It is so cute! Thanks Zappos! : )

LOVE it!!!!I absolutely LOVE this bag! I am purse crazy and with four young children I need one that's large enough to carry the "necessities" and also sturdy and easily cleaned. This bag has it all. It's also super stylish! Pink & brown are my new favorite colors and this bag displays them beautifully. I only wish Harvey's had the wallet and makeup bag to match. On another note, Zappos is the best! I love the free shipping and they are SUPER fast. I always get my order the next day. Plus, I know that if I'm not satisfied with the product I can return it for free. They have the very best customer service I've ever experienced!

Beautiful and sturdy!!The satchel is spacious to hold my make-up bag, IPod, wallet, cell phone, pens and other miscellaneous junk that always ends up in my purse. By the way, I went online and placed my order at yesterday at 3:20 PST. I received my satchel by 11:00 AM today!! I thought for sure I was going to have to wait another full day. I was so happy to receive my purse today! Thank you guys for a wonderful job. And my purse was cheaper than buying directly from Harveys! Plus FREE SHIPPING!

Amazing!!I ordered this purse on Tuesday at about 5pm and it was at my door by 1 the next day!!! Wow talk about great. I was expecting it to be at least a few days!! Awesome product!!
